If you damage a car, property and health of others during driving a car, Auto Responsibility Insurance will reimburse costs for property repair or treatment. It does not matter who was driving a car, a driver shall have a driving license, minimum 2 years of driving experience and be 20 to 65 years old.

Insurance is concluded for 1 year, franchise depends on purpose of automobile use:

• If you use your automobile for personal purposes, zero franchise is applied to Auto Responsibility Insurance

• If you use your car as a taxi, or commercial purposes franchise will be 150 GEL

What is a franchise?

This is an amount specified in the policy in limit of which the insurance company is released from the obligation to issue the insurance reimbursement. In case of incident, the franchise amount will be deducted from the reimbursed amount.

If a driver or passengers in the insured car are damaged during driving a car, we will reimburse treatment costs

Damage will be compensated according to the limit of the package selected in advance, which is fifth of a total limit for one person. There is zero franchise, despite purpose of car use.
