The partnership between Basisbank and Ilia State University, established 17 years ago, continues to thrive. Over the years, numerous impactful projects have been implemented to support the education and professional development of future generations. These initiatives include:  

-  Funding scholarships for Ilia State University master’s students and facilitating internships and employment opportunities for undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral students at the bank;  
-  Providing students with personal computers;  
-  Enhancing the university’s material and technical infrastructure;  
-  Recognizing young scientists through the prestigious Pascal Prize;  
-  Supporting San Diego State University scholarship programs;  
-  Offering annual financial assistance for freshman admission ceremonies and graduation events.  

On March 29, Ilia State University hosted an Open Day for prospective students, providing them with insights into the university’s mission, values, academic programs, student life, exchange opportunities, and career prospects.  

As part of the event, the winner of the My Independent Choice photo contest was announced. The competition aimed to capture the significance of independent decision-making in career selection through a single image. The winning photograph focused on the profession of psychology, and the talented participant was awarded a professional Canon EOS 2000D camera, courtesy of Basisbank.  

Starting in 2025, the collaboration between Basisbank and Ilia State University will deepen further, reaching new milestones in fostering education and empowering the next generation.
