Swimming pools, recreational and sports areas, sports grounds, closed alleys, commercial spaces, safe environment – this is how the incomplete list of the priorities of the Green Diamond complex in Tbilisi looks like. The project is implemented by a development company Maqro Construction which presently is conducting on the third phase of the construction works for the complex. The first two stages have been completed in Green Diamond and it has its first residents too, who are pampered here with serenity, comfort and green environment around having the hastened city life left behind.

The unique infrastructure of the project is envisaged for all the 4 seasons of the year: in winter you can walk along the walking paths and get rest in the square, while in summer swimming pools show you their possibilities – the pools are cleaned on a daily basis. The entire palette of colors that will catch your eyes as soon as you step inside the complex, provides for the elevated mood here.

In the third stage project of Green Diamond which is under construction we have apartments in the rough as well as in the completed state, with full repairs made and ready. The costs vary from apartment to apartment and depends on the floor, situation in the house and the view it has.
