According to financial indicators, as of June 30, 2025, the total assets of Basisbank increased by 18% compared to the same period last year and exceeded GEL 4.2 billion. The total loan portfolio of Basisbank amounted to GEL 3.1 billion, increasing by 14% compared to the same period last year.
Basisbank is consistently among the top three banks in terms of business lending. The loan portfolio of legal entities increased by 17% and amounted to 2.2 billion GEL. The volume of deposits of legal entities equal 1.5 billion GEL.
As of data for the first six months of 2025, the volume of retail loans amounted to GEL 880 million, while the volume of retail deposits amounted to GEL 1.4 billion.
According to the financial data of the Leasing and Insurance companies included in the Basisbank group, the BB Leasing portfolio exceeded 44 million GEL, increasing by 28% in compare to the same period last year. The volume of premiums received by BB Insurance in the first biannual of 2025 amounted to 12 million GEL. It is worth noting that the second quarter of current year was particularly successful: the volume of premiums received increased by 33% compared to the first quarter and by 76% compared to the same period last year. As well positive growth is also in terms of profit: BB Leasing increased by 54% compared to the same period last year, and BB Insurance - by 18%.
As of June 30, 2025, Basisbank's consolidated net profit exceeded GEL 57.5 million, with profit growth of 39%. Return on total assets (ROA) was 3.35%, while return on equity (ROE) was 17.54%.
