* Service tariffs (monthly/annual) for a banking package are determined by the terms and conditions of the specific service package selected by the client.
* A Service Package allows the client to use multiple banking services and/or products simultaneously in exchange for a fixed (monthly/annual) commission fee.
* In the event of non-payment of the commission fee established by the Bank for the use of the service package, the Bank is authorized to restrict, suspend, or terminate the client's use of (or access to) individual or all services included in the service package, in accordance with the package terms.
Commission Fee Payment Schedule
Payment of the service package commission fee must be made according to the following conditions:
* Monthly Commission: The monthly commission fee will be charged on the first day of the calendar month of the service package activation. Consequently, the client must ensure the commission amount for each subsequent month is available in the account prior to the first day of that calendar month.
* Annual Commission: The annual commission fee will be charged on the date the service package is activated. The payment date for each subsequent year will be the corresponding calendar date (day/month) of the initial activation. The client must ensure the full commission amount is available in the account prior to this date.
* All services included in the service package are available exclusively within the framework of that package.
