Zhou Ning has been serving as an Executive Chairman of the Supervisory Board since 2015. By then he had already earned himself couple of decades of portfolio with big names in industrial and financial sectors. 

Future alumni of Fuqua School of Business in USA with Master’s Degree in Business Administration, had previous two degrees, Bachelor from University of Science and Technology of China and Master from Virginia Polytechnic Institute, in Engineering, thus Zhou Ning began his career with Cessna Aircraft Company as a Senior Engineer. After 5 years, MBA earned him a position of Senior Financial Analyst with Ford Motor Co. In a year Zhou Ning moved to J.P. Morgan Hong Kong, where he served as an Associate of Hong Kong Investment Banking Division for another year. In 2001 Zhou Ning assumed a role of Senior Manager, Financial Institutions Group with ABN AMRO Bank and in 2004 was promoted to Vice president, overseeing the Strategic Development Department. 

Zhou Ning’s distinguished career ascended him to a position of Managing Director with Shanghai Tuhong Investment Management Co., Ltd., a consulting company that was invited as an advisory during Basisbank JSC acquisition by Xinjiang Hualing Trade and Industry (Group) Co. 

Experience in strategic development with major banks operating in Hong Kong and an in-depth understanding of strategy and business development of domestic and foreign small and medium banks that earned him this experience have urged our parent company to invite Zhou Ning to the Supervisory board.
