Levan Gardapkhadze started work for Basisbank in the position of the manager of International Operations Department in 2002 and was promoted to the head of Plastic Cards Department in 3 years. In parallel, he headed Product and Project Management Committee. Since 2008, he has headed the Retail direction of the bank. During this period, the number of retail clients of the bank has significantly increased. The network of service centers has expanded both in the capital city and in regions. Service centers have been equipped in accordance with modern standards, to offer maximum comfort to its customers and employees.  

In 2008, he became a member of the Management Board. 

Levan Gardapkhadze holds a Master’s degree in Business Management and in Law.
