Li Hui was appointed as Lending Director of Basisbank in 2012. Her career in the banking industry counts up to three decades. During her professional history, Li Hui, who holds a degree in accounting from Financial University of China, has followed a diverse career path, occupying various positions at Urumqi Chengxin Credit Cooperatives and various branches of Urumqi City Commercial Bank, such as: an accountant, a deputy director and an accountant (Sangong branch), Deputy Manager of Credit Department, Manager of Credit Department (Wanning Branch), where she was in charge of credit approval.

In parallel to performing tasks of a credit director, Li Hui was a member of the Supervisory Board of the bank in 2015 -2018. Currently, she is a member of the Supervisory Board of the Bank’s subsidiaries.
